Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours Monday-Friday, exceptions being holidays, a team holiday, something unexpected, weather delays and orders requiring verification. Service delays and extended processing times may occur, but we make diligent attempts to not delay your order. For any special requests regarding shipping please contact us.


SHIPPING CHARGES


Shipping charges are flat rate fee. This fee is intended to only cover the cost of shipping & handling and not for Borrowed Technology to profit from. We put in effort to make sure your order gets shipped promptly, neatly, without errors and on time.


USA SHIPMENTS


We ship via USPS Priority Mail tracked and insured to all 50 states.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS


We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International.
Please note VAT/Duties/Customs charges are not included in any prices shown, are not collected while processing any order through our store and not the responsibility of Borrowed Technology. Any international shipments which have customs or duties charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any estimates for these types of charges which may occur so we recommend checking with your local government for tariff and tax rates. Customs processing time and delays are not the responsibility of Borrowed Technology and are based on the policies of the destination country. The purchasing customer is fully liable for all return fees including shipping, customs, handling fees, and associated costs if the purchaser refuses to accept an international shipment.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGE

Borrowed Technology is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or for merchandise that has been damaged due to shipping and handling. Once the item leaves Borrowed Technology it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service and any/all questions, comments or concerns needs to brought to their attention. We will make an effort to assist you when and where possible however we cannot refund or replace any part of the transaction.
