RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Before initiating a return, please request a Return Authorization by emailing us at: info@borrowedtechnology.space and reference your Order #.
 
We accept returns/exchanges on Core Collection items only after a Return Authorization is requested and accepted. The return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of delivery and must not be worn, altered, or washed, free of odor and in original new condition. 

Pre-Order items are all specially made to order and therefore not eligible for return, refund or exchange, no exceptions. All merchandise marked as Final Sale or promotions advertised as All Sales Final are also not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.

Any purchases made with digital currency such as Bitcoin, etc., are not eligible for refund. 

Please allow multiple business days for us to process a return. Additionally, your banking institution will often require 3-5 business days to refund the transaction once initiated on our end.
 
FEES

Any charges related to returning an item for refund, cancelling an order, or exchanging for an alternative size, color or style are the responsibility of the customer. Borrowed Technology will not pay for or cover any shipping charges in any circumstance. Any items returned which does not meet our return/exchange criteria will not be accepted for refund and will be sent back to the customer after they pay an invoice for the additional shipping fee back to them.
